Tabata STRENGTH
Description
This high intensity interval training (HIIT) based class will fuse strength training exercises with burst of Tabata intervals — work/rest ratio. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises that will increase your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. Be prepared to sweat!
