This class includes a drumming session using Ripstixs® followed by strength training session to help you sweat, burn calories, and boost your metabolism while rocking out and having a great time. Class may include floor exercises.

Equipment: Ripstixs® if you have them, hand weights, resistance tubing, and mat.
