Description
This class is for anyone who wants to increase flexibility and range of motion. Balance your workout routine with flexibility training and help reduce the risk of injury. Class will include standing and floor stretches and movements.
Level: All
Equipment: Mat, stretching strap or belt, and chair may be used for some classes.
