The Lion King
We are proud to present a mini version of the beloved movie and musical, The Lion King. Young performers will learn songs, scenes, and dances, all of which will be showcased at the end of the session with a performance at the Mandel JCC.

Instruction focuses on breathing, free movement and connecting the mind with the body. Children learn how the body works through functional drills that focus on balance, stability, and coordination. Each class is structured and includes a warm-up, fun and vigorous activity and a cool down. With this method, children learn to defend themselves in a non-aggressive, non-violent manner. The goal of the program is for children to make better decisions and think pre-emptively in all situations.
